Farm Rich Snacks and Appetizers

With two boys in football and a massive amount of calories being burned on a daily basis, our grocery bill is sky high!  We don't have a lot of time before practice and games after school, so I need something quick and nutritious to feed these hungry kids and tide them over until dinner.

I received two coupons for Farm Rich Snacks and Appetizers to try out ($6.99 value.)  I chose to get the Breaded Mozzarella Sticks and the Stuffed Pretzel Bites.

While I was gone one evening, my husband saw the Mozzarella Sticks and decided to make them for the boys.  Needless to say, I didn't get to see the look on their faces but he said they devoured them in no time. They were nice enough to leave me a few to try and I will say they were delicious, even when reheated.  The Mozzerella Sticks have 180 calories and 10 grams of fat per serving with a serving size of two sticks.

Yesterday, I made the cheesy Stuffed Pretzel Bites for the boys after school.   I think I ate just as much as they did, it was hard to stop!  Jesse said "Mom,  I like them!"  Jake said "They're really good."  As you can see, Jesse was a little more enthusiastic about having his picture taken.  Jake, not so much.  The Stuffed Pretzal Bites have 110 calories and 3 grams of fat for a serving size of three bites.  Now just try to eat one serving!

The Farm Rich Snacks and Appetizers we tried were super yummy and made for a great after-school snack!  And at less than $6.99 a bag, I didn't feel like I was blowing our grocery budget.
Full bellies + good prices = happy Mama!

Farm Rich also offers Mozzarella Bites, Breaded Mushrooms, Italian and regular Meatballs, Mini Quesadillas, Mini Pizza Slices, Philly Cheese Steaks, Turkey Meatballs, Jalapeno Poppers, Queso Cheese Bites, Marinara Stuffed Mozzarella Bites and Original/Cinnamon French Toast Sticks.  That is a huge selection!

Farm Rich is on Facebook and Twitter, so you can follow them for all the latest news from your favorite snack company.  They have graciously offered one of my readers a giveaway for two free coupons for their snacks and appetizers (maximum value $6.99.)  Thank you Farm Rich!

Hip Huggers One Size Pocket Diaper

This beautiful, purple One Size Pocket diaper from Hip Huggers is the newest diaper I have received for review.   It is part of their Rockin' Baby line which features lovely fluff hand-painted with super cute designs.

Our diaper has black angel wings on the back.

They are even flecked with glitter.  Love!!!  For those of you that are wondering, the glitter hasn't washed off even after multiple trips through the washer.

The inside of the diaper is lined with a soft polyester that doesn't pill and keeps baby dry.  It has a soft bamboo soaker pad that really holds the moisture!  Livvy wore her diaper for 4 hours with no leaks whatsoever!  The soaker was really wet when I took it off her, but her skin was dry and the diaper did not leak.

Hip Huggers diapers can be machine washed and dried which is a definite bonus for us busy moms.

It has two levels of snaps for the rise adjustment.  And has overlapping wings for skinny babies.  Even with the soaker in place the diaper is still very trim and her pants fit great over it.  I cannot say this about most cloth diapers!

Livvy wears hers on the smaller setting.  She is about 15 lbs and 28 inches long, so you can get an idea of how the Hip Huggers fit.

Her little angel butt is so cute!!!

You can see all of the lovely Rockin' Baby designs HERE.  Hip Huggers also carries designs in Minky ($7.50), Slick Styles ($7.50), and Supreme Double Gussets ($10).  The Rockin' Baby Line retails for $8.50 for the wetbags and basic diapers and $11 for the Supreme Double Gussets.  You can also purchase cloth wipes, t-shirts, extra soakers, leggings, hankie bibs and hair bows from their Facebook store.

Our Rockin' Baby Hip Huggers diaper fits Olivia wonderfully and we are so glad we got the opportunity to try them and tell everyone how great they are!  Hip Huggers is generously offering a giveaway to one of my lucky readers.  All you have to do is go "like" their Facebook page and tell them that Baby Mama Loves sent you!  Be sure to let her know what Minky or Slick Styles diaper you would choose if you win.  Thanks Hip Huggers!

Fuzzibunz Elite One Size Pocket Diaper

The choice made to cloth diaper our daughter was an easy one.  Disposable diaper costs are rising, not to mention the time it takes for one, let alone thousands, to break down in a landfill.  My husband and I did not use cloth diapers with our older sons, but in the last few years, they seem to have become the "in" thing to do.  Getting into it, I looked for easy-to-use diapers and my sister, who has cloth diapered her son for two years, was a big help.  She loves Fuzzibunz.  When I got the opportunity to review one, I jumped on it!

I was sent the Fuzzibunz Elite One Size Pocket Diaper in Strawberry to review. It retails for $15.95, which is a great price for a cloth diaper.  Since it is a pocket diaper, it needs to be stuffed with the inserts.

It has a super-soft Microfleece inner that surprisingly does not pill when washed.  I hate the feel of the pilly fleece inners on Sunbaby pockets. Each Fuzzibunz diaper comes with two buttery-smooth minky doublers.  I love these so much better than the microfiber and I think it will help cut down on the "stinkies" that microfiber often gets.  It also comes with extra elastic in case the one in the diaper happens to break down.

The diaper is fully adjustable on the inside with elastic at the waist and leg openings. There are little numbers at each buttonhole on the elastic.

The numbers on the elastic correspond to the numbers on the chart, which according to the size of your baby, make it very easy to find the right fit!

Each diaper has a serial number, so you can register for your lifetime warranty on the snaps!  Since the snaps  are the first thing to go usually, this is awesome.

The diaper fit great around her waist and thighs.  She actually was able to wear it for about 4 hours with no leaks the first time we tried it.  Just remember, the key to preventing first-time leaks is proper prepping.  I washed my diaper once and the inserts twice.  I then tested the inserts for absorbency by running water over them to see if it absorbed or repelled the moisture.

Love the Fluff butt!

Livvy was very comfortable wearing her Fuzzibunz Elite.

Look at how great she can hold her little head up!

Livvy loved her photo session!!!  Isn't she the cutest?
Thank you Fuzzibunz for making an awesome diaper that feels soft, doesn't leak and looks adorable on my baby!
